Rochelle is frequently chosen to represent the most unique properties in Los Angeles. In 2017, she was hired to sell an 11,000-square-foot home on Beverly Hills’ most coveted street, Greenway Drive, with a list price of $22.5 million. She also sold a stunning $13.85 million home in Beverly Hills Flats within one week, setting a new per-square-foot record of more than $2,400. Incidentally, this was the third time Rochelle had sold that same property over the course of her career.
Rochelle and her listings regularly make headlines in highly regarded media outlets, including The Los Angeles Times, which frequently selects her listings for their spotlight “Home of the Day” feature, as well as the Wall Street Journal, which recognized her for her representation of numerous Hollywood icons, including the late talent agent Freddie Fields. Several of her properties have been featured on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing.
With such a demanding work schedule, it’s hard to imagine Rochelle would have much time for anything else, but the real estate maven makes time to give back to the community. She serves on the Board of Friends of Greystone in Beverly Hills, and is active in donating time, money and resources to the Jewish Federation, Give Back Homes, Creative Bridge Coalition and more. In 2005, Rochelle was also proud to co-found Green Youth Movement (GYM) with her daughter, Ally. One of GYM’s greatest achievements has been its successful implementation of environmental awareness into elementary school curriculums across classrooms in California.
Rochelle lives in Beverly Hills with her husband Richard. She has two daughters, who have inherited their mother’s strong work ethic.
